Chuck and his team were AMAZING! My windshield washer pump went out and it was hard to see to drive through this winter weather. They got me right in, looked at it, told me everything I needed to know and got it fixed fast. My exhaust was also loud and they helped me with that too! For far less than a major shop was going to charge me. Thank you Hoover & Sons Auto Repair! I will be a dedicated customer now.

Don't think twice, just bring your car here. They're the local mom & pop mechanic that gets it done fast, reliably, and best of all cheap. Even routine maintenance and repairs get done perfectly. Never had a single issue. I always come here before I ever go to the dealer or else where. They'll tell you what you need and not bs or drag it out just to get money from you. You're in great hands!

I had my car towed here after it broke down on the highway. I was not familiar with the area (90 miles from home) so I really had to put my faith into the decency of others to help me out during this incredibly stressful situation. I feel so lucky that the closest mechanic to me was Hoover & Sons. I felt that I was in good hands and was not getting taken advantage of. They went above and beyond by helping me get a ride to the airport to rent a car for the next few days while my car was getting fixed. Highly recommend! Thank you chuck.

Have been having them work on my car for the last year. They are amazing! Very helpful, they get the work done quickly and they are so kind and welcoming I always feel comfortable working with them. Also found out recently they have their own towing!!! And it's cheaper than the other guys!! 100% would recommend

He gave me a call because I was a first time customer having some trouble with pricing, chuck called me as soon as they opened and was REAL. I Appericate that and the work he's done to fix my girlfriend's car. We were stuck for weeks trying to figure it out and he did it. Great Service! Took my 2012 Ford Escape since it was leaking out all the oil due to severe issues with the ignition coil. The owner was absolutely kind and helpful in the whole process. Greatly appreciated him and his team for their great service:) Highly Recommend!

Brought my 2001 Mustang to Hoover for a 2nd opinion after royally screwing up some electrical stuff (fuses relays an later learned my key) My car would crank but not start. I thought it was the fuel pump went bad.

They couldn't single handedly fix my issue but still provided me a service no one else could!

unlike most mechanics they let me explain my issue, took some time to look at it an gave me the error code that helped me fix my issue.

The fix they recommended was getting a new key.

the way they helped me is what is most important to me especially with my first project car. two out of three people wouldn't even look at my car.

if you have a project car an are stumped id recommend paying to get their opinion because its invaluable.

Hoover always does a fantastic job. Quick, reliable and reasonable price. I've taken all my vehicles to them and will continue to for years to come! Chuck's the best!

They performed an electrical diagnostic test, correctly concluded that my vehicle had no problems, and put my concerns to rest. Seemed like really nice guys, too.

Just discovered Hoovers in the last year even though they are right down the road from me for the last 20 years. Since I dropped the first car off for service I have been back several times with kids cars and our own. All I can say is fair pricing, straight shooting and timely. We have never felt anything but trust in the diagnosis , understanding when there was any kind of hiccup. Communication was top notch and explanations to issues were thorough. Would and have recommended this shop to anyone and everyone. Cannot say enough good things!!! One of my sons had crazy quote from other shop his stepdad sent him to Hoovers and they came in under a third the price. Obviously Hoovers wanted to help and fix the car not price someone so far out there to just go away.
